Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that have not been delivered as agreed upon in the project scope. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide detailed feedback about the issues encountered and allow us the opportunity to resolve them first.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to: completed custom development work, third-party software licenses, domain registrations, hosting fees, and consulting hours already rendered. Monthly subscription services can be cancelled at any time but are not eligible for partial refunds.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Changes to project scope after work has begun may incur additional charges. If you wish to modify or cancel a project in progress, please contact us immediately. We will assess the work completed and provide you with options for proceeding or terminating the project.
